Of course you can run Windows 95 on PC-98 emulator but it is no fun with it. BIOSes floating around the internet may work but IDE BIOS is missing.

They are mostly designed for DOS-era games instead of more modern applications for PC98.īut you need PC-9801/BX4 BIOS images dumped from real PC-9801/BX4 machine. No PC98 emulators could emulate a Pentium, a graphics accelerator and a PCI bus. You may try using T-Next98/Anex86/Neko Project 21 instead.
